Order information: what you bought, when, and the payment method used. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

To fulfil and deliver your orders, to handle returns and support requests, and to send order updates by email and SMS.

3. Who we share it with

Courier partners receive your name, address and phone number — the minimum needed to deliver a parcel.

We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Your rights

You can request a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email care@shopease.in.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and wishlist, and measure aggregate site usage.
