Shipping Policy

1. Rates and free shipping

Standard shipping is a flat ₹40 per order and is free on every order with a subtotal above ₹999. The threshold is calculated on the subtotal after any coupon discount.

Express shipping is available on eligible PIN codes for an additional ₹99 and is not covered by the free-shipping threshold.

2. Dispatch times

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are picked, packed and handed to the courier the same day.

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the courier scans the parcel in.

3. Delivery estimates

Metro cities: 2 to 3 working days. Tier-2 cities and towns: 3 to 5 working days. Remote and North-East PIN codes: 5 to 8 working days.

4. Failed deliveries

Couriers make three delivery attempts. If all three fail the parcel returns to us and we refund the full order value including shipping.

5. Packaging

Every order ships in recycled kraft sealed with paper tape. Fragile items get an additional protective wrap.
